8th Annual Exhibition!!!
Our 8th annual exhibition is scheduled for Saturday, June 22, 2013. All recreational levels are invited to participate. Each class wll be able to demonstrate the skills they have acquired this year. This is an excellent event for the gymnasts to show their skills to their entire family. It is also fun for relatives and friends to see all levels of gymnastics from 3 year-old tots classes all the way up to 18 year-old team members. "Unite for HER - Helping to Empower & Restore" Pink Event!
On December 8, 2012 Silvia's held our 5th annual "Pink Event" fundraiser. The charity, "Unite for HER, seeks to make a positive difference in the lives of women and girls by supporting and providing breast cancer programs and initiatives that educate, empower and restore." This 8-hour event was run by our older team girls and included speeches about breast cancer from our girls, relay races, a scavenger hunt, a wii-dance competition, dodge ball, a cancer trivia contest, a pink spirit runway contest, open gym and more. Our girls did a great job running the event and 84 girls attended. Over $3,500 was raised, our most ever.
Silvia Mitova Invitational
2013 "Silvia Mitova Invitational" will be held on January 11 - 13. The competition will feature girls USAG Levels 3 - 10 and Excel. Great hospitality. Each gymnast will be awarded for their participation and be recognized for their efforts. We will also award 3 iPads with Retina Display (newest iPad) to the following teams:
1. The team that brings the most gymnasts
2. The team that travels the furthest
3. The team that brings the most gymnasts in Levels 8, 9, 10
We would love to wecome our guests to experience the Olympic spirit that abounds Silvia's Gymnastics.
